At Morro Bay Oyster Company, we take enormous pride in growing fresh Pacific Gold oysters of the highest quality. The cold, nutrient rich waters of Morro Bay breathe life into our pristine farm allowing us to produce the finest oyster.
Our hand selected Pacific Gold oysters are grown using environmentally sustainable techniques and our industry has been recognized and highlighted on the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood WATCH. |

The farm rests in the shadow of Morro Rock, a unique volcanic formation that protects the mouth of Morro Bay. Once an island, large boulders were blasted from the "Rock" to build jetties and redirect water flow, creating a perfect harbor and protecting the estuary that our oysters thrive in. |

Farm Status: CLOSED!
We are in a rain closure and expect to reopen on February 1st.
We are proud that our oysters were again featured during Sunset Magazine's Savor The Central Coast Event September 29th - October 2nd. We were also a part of Sunset's Morro Bay Oyster Tour;(Video), and our oysters were served by several restaurants!
